Article Submission

We are currently looking for individuals who would like to submit articles for the newsletter. Examples of subject matter include:

		Biographical features on Middle Eastern dancers, choreographers, or musicians
		Historical information on M.E. dance, music, and culture
		Dance injuries
		Dancing with a medical condition or during pregnancy
		Reviews on music CDs and dance videos
		Why you dance
		Costuming and make-up
		Accounts of personal trips to the Middle East or Mediterranean region

Discounts (not to be combined):

		Ads must be prepaid to receive discounts
		NTMEDA members receive a 10% discount
		6 issues – 10% discount and can change ad twice with no extra fee
		12 issues – 15% discount and can change ad four times with no extra fee

Artwork:

		Advertising artwork and fees are due by the 10th of the month prior to the issue date of the next newsletter.
		Acceptable formats for ad art are: 300DPI JPEG or TIFF, or Adobe Illustrator EPS with fonts converted to paths. Photos should be 300 dpi print quality and sized 8” x 10”. Buy 5 ads and get one free.
		A web confirmation will be sent to you on receipt of your information. If you do not receive a web confirmation, please contact us at advertising@ntmeda.org

Flyer Inclusion Rates

Standard 8.5 x 11 on 20# paper	$80

Payment and 250 copies of your flyer must be delivered to NTMEDA, P.O. Box 262, Hurst, TX 76053 by the 10th of the month prior to the issue date of the next newsletter. Contact advertising@ntmeda.org for specific dates.

Classified Advertising

Classified ads are $5 for the first line (75 characters) and $2.50 for each additional line.
